When seeking revision VASER hi-def abdominal etching, please seek an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon with significant experience performing the VASER hi-def procedure. Not all plastic surgeons own a VASER machine and most plastic surgeons do not perform the VASER hi-def procedure. Do your research. Make sure your selected plastic surgeon has performed at least 100 VASER hi-def abdominal etching surgeries and have the before and after pictures to prove it. Carefully examine their before and after pictures and check their reviews on RealSelf. If you cannot find an experienced, VASER hi-def plastic surgeon in your neighborhood, consider traveling, if you must.

A tummy tuck will resect excess skin and can tighten the fascia of the abdominal wall. This will give you a more compressed waist. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

An aesthetically pleasing abdomen is something many of us desire and while proper nutrition, exercise and weight control are very important, sometimes we cannot achieve our goals. Simply getting older and pregnancy also play a role in the appearance of our abdomen. If you desire the most dramatic improvement, then a full tummy tuck can help you achieve your goals. A tummy tuck removes excess fat and skin and tightens muscles. However, a mini tummy tuck or just liposuction are very good procedures, and many patients are happy with only these surgeries. From your pictures, it is hard to tell what treatment you will need. This treatment option is not definitive, and an in-person examination will provide adequate treatment options.

I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of tummy tucks and body contouring. Good luck with your future surgery!

It's difficult to give a recommendation from the photo provided, but it doesn't appear you have much skin laxity which would indicate a tummy tuck. You may want to consider further liposuction with J Plasma or BodyTite to address loose skin. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Your picture is not very but you don't seem to have much of saggy skin and skin quality seems good. You are still not a candidate from tummy tuck. You can still go for liposuction. If you really want, mini tummy tuck will be enough for you without umbilicus transposition.
