Hello all, I want several procedures done. Wanted to isolate tights lipo coz not everybody is skilled but should I combine them to not waste my fat of my tights knowing it's the only place we can get enough fat? -1st, I want to revise my stomach lipo done in 2016; I will probably need some fat grafting... -2nd, I want inner thighs lipoed and my saddle bags slightly -3rd, I want a BBL for a more defined hourglass shape and more projection. Wiling to travel for best result, please chip in!

I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Answer: Single or multiple stage ;liposuction and fat transfer Based on these photos, I see no reason why should you do liposuction and fat transfer in stages; it is quite reasonable to have liposuction of all these areas done in a single surgery followed with fat transfer. However, very important step in this process is to find an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in body contouring since this requires an expert. Good luck.

Answer: Lipo, lipo revision and BBL - need advice on procedures sequence? (Photos) Thanks for the dark exposed photos, it does help slightly. Only a boarded PS with revision experience should try to "fix" you, there are very few whom offer revision surgeries. Additionally I label you "Skinny BBL" patient, not enough fat to transfer. I think selective superficial liposuction of inner thighs, saddle bags or outer thighs, partial abdomen, etc areas to gain hopefully 1 liter of transferrable fat along with 10-20 vials of Sculptra injections are needed. ThisI term, "COMPOSITE BBL". Fees in the $15,000-$25,000 ranges, because of the costs of Scuptra. Hope this helps.
