Occasional tooth pain from tooth that needs a root canal - is it safe to proceed with my mommy makeover?

Polite6462
I am scheduled for mommy makeover surgery four weeks from today and I’ve been having concerns with my teeth one of my molars that is needing a root canal which is pending scheduling due to insurance. It does not swell, but it does occasionally hurt while eating or biting down I did see a dentist did recommend the root canal and did prescribe doxycycline, which I am currently taking my concerns of not being better before surgery. I don’t experience any swelling. I do notice the swollen lymph node underneath my neck other than that I’m fine. Any advice?
