Hello! Before entering a cosmetic procedure such as a BBL surgery, it's ideal for all patients to have a controlled or "ideal" weight. Doing so, your desired results will be obtained easier, having your ideal weight, will help you achieve whatever it is you want with more facility (procedure wise) and help you keep the results after your surgery.

You could proceed with your procedure now, but wouldn’t recommend gaining more that the 150 lbs you are at bow. The fat could be liposuctioned from your abdomen, flanks, and back to give you a taught, snatched waist and an incredibly voluptuous booty. In my opinion it is best to be at your "average" weight. Your surgeon can see your body as it naturally is and liposuction/augment accordingly.

This is a great question, and is very common. What I tell patients regarding weight before their Brazilian butt lifts is that they should be at a STABLE weight. Regardless of what you were in the past, hormone changes, and other factors will affect your current weight. If you are at a relatively stable weight plus or minus a few pounds, then I would proceed with your transformation. If you plan on losing weight or gaining a significant amount of weight in some cases, I would wait before any surgery. This is because your results will fluctuate with your weight changes IF they are significant. Despite this, even with weight fluctuations, my patients tend to maintain a beautiful shape. So the short answer is, if you are maintaining your current weight, then you are ready to go!
