In my 20s I’ve always fluctuated between the weight of 115 to 120 now I’m currently 30 years old and im weighing about 150 I do have a small frame and im 5”3 im really looking to get my hip dips filled and more projection to my buttocks should I lose weight or maintain the weight im at for this procedure ??"

You could proceed with your procedure now, but wouldn’t recommend gaining more that the 150 lbs you are at bow. The fat could be liposuctioned from your abdomen, flanks, and back to give you a taught, snatched waist and an incredibly voluptuous booty.
