Hello Anndallei-Higher definition photos from a couple more angles would help with my advice. From what I can see, your upper lip defect is probably best repaired by excising that part of the defect and bring the edges of the good portion of your lip back together. Plastic surgeons are very adept at this procedure as we see similar issues in cancer repair and cleft lip repair. Thanks for your question. Sorry to hear about your injury. You have a couple of options for restoring the appearance of your lip. The problem is that you're missing volume. To restore volume you have a couple of options. The easiest would be to consider an injectable lip filler. The second is to have a reconstructive procedure where the depressed area is removed and replaced by normal lip. That gets technical, but that's the basic idea. I wouldn't consider doing anything for several months because the wound is going to contract and change through the healing process. Let that play out a bit before considering formal reconstructive procedures. You wouldn't want to be chasing yourself (i.e. what looks good now might not in a couple of months because the healing process would continue). Good luck!
