Post scar revision for lip piercing 4 weeks ago

I got stitches removed 3 weeks ago I had 4 stitches on out side and was told I have some on the inside.The scar line itself is small and white but I have 2 small white lumps under the skin what is this? Will they go away?

It is a bit difficult to fully evaluate the scar on your lip from the photo that you provided, but a scar revision can frequently be done to improve an uneven upper lip scar.
