I want suggestion about my lip surgery (photo)

Since i have done two sugery of my lower lip but result is not coming frm it . It again get swell up nd look wired. And main thing i have also taken the injection also bt at the end no result. Is there any way to make a perfect lip by getting surgery.

It is a bit difficult to fully evaluate the scar on your lip from the photo that you provided, but a scar revision can frequently be done to improve an uneven upper lip scar.
