Can something be done about my philtrum? (photos)

I've always been self-conscious about my philtrum. I think it is overly deep and defined. Is there anything that can be done about it?

The easiest solution to define your lip line would be to have a master injector use fillers to enhance the aspect of your lip that you would want highlighted. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian

Most often people are looking to add definition to the philtral columns. In your case, if you wanted to soften the philtral dimple a very small amount of filler could be added to the dimple to make it more shallow and less likely to have evidence of a shadow.
