I have platysma banding and crepey skin. I'm only 36 and don't want a face lift. Would a neck lift alone help?
Answer: Neck Lines / Tech Neck / Neck Wrinkles -- Soft Fillers (Belotero) in combination w/ Lasers and Microneedling/PRP "Injecting soft fillers like Belotero in this area can reduce lines, wrinkles and folds as well as improve skin texture with long-term collagen production. Fillers are being used more frequently to contour and lift rather than solely line fill. Of course, fillers are best used in combination with lasers and microneedling with PRP to get the optimal outcome. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to create an individualized treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer"

Answer: A neck tuck would make the neck look so much better A neck tuck under local would improve the neck creases a lot and smooth the skin nicely. Nothing else will make much of a difference.

Answer: Botox injections Visible part of your problem are platysma muscle bands. You may try to have Botox injected into these bands; that may be all what you need for time being. Good luck.

Answer: You are probably a candidate for a "no incision" necklift Ellevate and Trampoline platysmaplasty with treatment of the platysma bands are probably appropriate for your age group. This is a technique that is long lasting and performed through "needle holes". It should give you the results of a more invasive neck lift, but a consultation with a doctor experienced with the procedure would be essential.
