How to get rid of horizontal lines on the neck? (Photo)

Question

I have always had these fine lines around my neck even as a child. I am only 25 and always been naturally skinny. I'm not sure why I have these lines. I notice when I move my head I form more lines/wrinkles than my peers' necks. I don't have dry skin issues or anything either. Is it due to my skin around my neck being too thin? I would like to address this issue and wondering if I should get a neck lift. I also have a little pouch of fat around my throat/under chin that is also genetic.

This is traditionally very difficult problem to treat! We found that injection of nano-fat grafts (filtered micro fat grafts which have high concentration of stem cells), into horizontal lines makes significant improvement, far better then liposuction alone or injection of fillers. Good luck.

nothing cures this. its genetic. you can do fillers, threads, fractora MNRF and lasers in the office. at home dermalrolling and peels help alot and should be done regularly.  at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (EmerageSkin roller with anteage AERIFY MD ampules weekly, see link) should be started now to prevent further aging.

you can do facetite or renuvion to help tighten the area and make them less noticeable (see link)ƒ

For facial rejuvenation,  I would suggest a combination approach of 
1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling
2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors
3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium
4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill
5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting
6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest
7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin
8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months)

Thanks for your questions. There is no treatment to get completely rid off those lines but you can improve them through the injections of hyperdilute Radiesse or Renuva for instance. Typically requires up to 3 treatments but leads to a nice improvement. Remember that looking down at the phone as we all do in the 21st century doesn’t help the cause.
