2 weeks post op chin/neck lipo. Is this normal healing? (photos)

Minor asymmetries after neck liposuction are typical for even months after the procedure.  Your skin looks nice and elastic and should even out with time.  Hang in there.

Frankly, the photos show very subtle differences but all show early jowl formation, pre-jowl depression, and a normal chin. No profile view was provided so it is impossible to see if there was any improvement in the submental fat pad.You look as if you may be too young/premature to consider facelift to tighten and smooth your jawline, so I would suggest that you let all this heal and if you still don't like your jawline, consider Sculptra, Voluma, or Radiesse in the prejowl regions to smooth out your jawline and lengthen the time between now and facelift/necklift.Keep in touch with your surgeon, though I must confess that based on these photos, it appears as if your surgeon may have performed what you requested rather than discussing your concerns in more detail and performing what would have given you the best result. Thanks for your pictures. Your jawline was uneven prior to surgery. This due to "jowls" that are best treated with a facelift and not chin liposuction.  It is unlikely that tis area will improve.  

Please be patient with your results. Smartlipo
takes time to heal, you will see your chin contour as the weeks pass and your
final results at 6 months. I recommend following up with your surgeon to be
sure you are healing properly.

In my over the internet opinion you had asymmetry from the get go. Thus removal of fat will accentuate the asymmetry... 

I think we will need to see before pictures to make a better assessment. We are all asymmetrical people. You're still early in recovery in some of the asymmetry may be due to swelling I would give it 6-8 weeks to see if the loose areas tighten.I do see jowling which the liposuction simply cannot address.  Eventually he will need a lower facelift if you want to correct the fullness on the jawline.
