I am 24 with a nice figure and weight but I have extra weight under my chin and jowels. Its started and has been slowly getting worse for the past year and even my friends are starting to notice. It fluctuates daily, sometimes almost going away, sometimes huge. It makes me look fat when I'm really not. I asked my doctor and she's done tests but found no medical cause. I was thinking it might be stress or water retention but nothing is helping and my doctor doesn't care.

Find a surgeon who offers computer imaging. That way you can be specific with what bothers you, and the surgeon can show you realistically, based upon your anatomy, what can be done.
