Congratulations on that substantial weight loss!  Great achievement.You need to be examined in person but it appears that you have fatty tissue causing the prominence on that side only.  Sometimes that occurs after a trauma such as a fall onto your hip but either way if it is subcutaneous fat then you should respond to liposuction or iLipoXcell treatments.  If it is loose skin that is bunching (it doesn't appear to be however) then those procedures will not help.Meet with a Bd Certified (ABPS) plastic surgeon for a face-to-face examination.  Good luck!
