Would chin filler be a good fix for my double chin? (Photos)

If you seek an improved profile view you could slightly augment the chin with filler or consider options to remove fat in the submental area (which is the area underneath the chin). Classically in the profile view the upper lip should project 2mm in front of the lower lip, which should be 2mm in front of the chin.  You have a slight chin deficiency to which you could consider either a small implant or filler such as Voluma. I think the more dramatic effect would be to sculpt the submental area with targeted fat removal. This could be accomplished by either a liposuction procedure or Kybella treatment.

With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). Lipo of the jawline/neck under local is such a great procedure and easy to undergo. It helps make chins appear better and gives a stronger jawline.

Jnny, Thanks for your question and photos.  Aesthetically looking at your photos a filler can be used to increase the projection of your chin and improve your profile.  It may take several syringes of filler to accomplish a good result.  In addition, kybella can be used at the same time to dissolve the fatty tissue under your chin to get rid of the fat and give you a more defined neck.  Please see an experienced injector for these procedures.  A surgical correction can be considered consisting of a chin implant and neck liposuction, platymaplasty.  Good luck.

A long acting chin filler such as Voluma would definitely help your profile. At a later date you may even elect to have a chin implant, which is permanent.
A liposuction of your submental area of your neck would also be indicated, and this can be done under local anesthesia at the same time. This is a minor procedure requiring minimal recovery, such as a weekend. 
The area that is liposuctioned will look better then it does now at a week postoperatively, but the swelling will continue to subside for several months. 
The combination of the chin filler and liposuction would change your profile appearance dramatically.

In Asia, chin fillers is a commonly performed treatment as Asians tend to have a small chin. 
From your pictures, your chin is small and would benefit from enhancement to increase both the vertical and anterior projection to give you a more defined, 3D look. 
Your options include a chin implant and chin fillers. 
I would start with fillers, then if you like the result, you can move on to a more permanent solution ( implant). 

I think you are a good candidate for combination treatment using filler and Kybella. A filler such as Restylane Lyft or Voluma could be used for chin augmentation and to help elongate the chin. I would also treat the fat below the chin with Kybella which would help improve jaw line definition and lower face contours. 

looking at your profile I would suggest that you look into kybella for treating the fat under the chin area.  Kybella is a non invasive treatment that dissolves the fat under the chin. this is a permanent reduction of the fat with minimal downtime.  You could also consider some dermal fillers to add projection to  the chin.  You should consult with an experienced provider who can advise you.

1- Looking at the structure of your lateral view, enhancement of the chin, would improve the look. There are options available, Fat transfer, fillers and particularly Bellafill (longer lasting filler) would be choices.
2- Having said that, you have a bogginess under the chin. unclear if it is fat tissue or not. Therefore having a consultation with an experienced physician, can give you proper recommendations.
