Hello Although different methods are available for an asymmetric smile but depend on each individual one may be a superior and better option. I would always prefer non-invasive treatments as there are plenty of choices. Based on the photo, it seems it is dynamic so injecting botox for the asymmetry of smile is the safest method to go. for a gummy smile , similarly, few units of botox can take care of it. later on, it may be evaluated for fillers as well. I would avoid any surgical methods.
