I’ve been doing Botox since my mid twenties in Asia and I’m in my early 40s now. I was always afraid of getting it done in the US because the celebrities I see seem like they prefer the more perfect/plastic look, while I feel most comfortable with a natural youthful one. I heard good things about Dr. Cheah through my Pasadena mommy friends and gave him a shot even though he didn’t have as much pictures. I’m so glad I did! The results are great. I had my forehead, crows feet, jawline done. Dr. Cheah didn’t try to upsell or put more than was needed. I feel like he gave honest feedback. I’ve experienced it all with different doctors. It really looks natural and not wrinkly! I am super happy with my face results! It looks good and I can still move it naturally!
Hey there - generally an areolar approach is less favorable because it exposes the implant directly to the breast tissue and has shown higher rates of infection. However, in your case, it may not matter which incision is used since you have shown a tendency to have repeat E coli infections, which are uncommon for breast surgery in general. This could mean either your skin or the breast pocket are colonized. It would be worth talking to your plastic surgeons about how to manage the potential for bacterial colonization regardless of which incisions is used. Hope that helps!
Hey there - great question! Whenever we think about liposuction, we also need to consider what happens to the skin. As we age, our skin loses elasticity (the ability to bounce back) as well as some thickness. So when we remove fat through liposuction, we need the skin to shrink-wrap back down. Although you did not specify your age, the stretch marks you have may indicate a lower likelihood of this happening. Liposuction could leave you with loose skin in that area. The best option would be to seek out an in person consultation. Hope that helps!
Hey there - great question! Based on your photos, you would likely benefit from some liposuction to the area under your chin. It will also help to define your jawline to some degree. Best option would be to make an in-person consultation to evaluate specific areas that can be addressed. Hope that helps!
Hey there - great question! Although the value is a bit on the lower side, you shouldn't worry about it. It is nowhere near the level at which would be medically concerning and unless you're drinking an unhealthy amount of water or getting IV solutions that would lower it further, there is unlikely to be any significant effects. Hope that helps!
Hey there! Great question - certainly, any sudden changes in the appearance or feel of your breasts does warrant further investigation. I have seen patients develop fluid collections suddenly - either hematomas (blood) or seromas (lymphatic fluid), at times due to trauma. However, this can also happen without an inciting event. Best recommendation would be to be seen by your surgeon preferably, or if not available, another plastic surgeon who can evaluate you further. It would be ideal if whomever you see also has an in-office ultrasound so that they can further examine the integrity of the implant and if there is a potential fluid collection. Having trained in Dallas, there are a number of excellent surgeons who would be able to do this. Hope that helps!
