Hypopigmentation scar on the vermilion border of my upper lip- could a revision surgery remove this? (Photos)

I have a post inflammatory laser induced hypopigmentation scar on the vermilion border of my upper lip. This happened in July of 2024. Is it possible to have a revision surgery to remove the hypopigmented scar? I tried doctor prescribed creams but the pigment wasn’t completely restored. It is still quite noticeable. I’m looking for a once and done solution verses ongoing laser treatments. Is it possible surgery would result in a more noticeable surgery scar?
