What procedure is best for a prominent procheilon tubercle? (Photos)

Hello, I have a pretty prominent procheilon tubercle that I'm considering "fixing". I already have noticebly asymmetrical lips and I feel the prominent centre only enhances that asymmetry. But I'm not sure exactly how to fix this. I was thinking it would be better to simply remove it. I would be grateful for any advice. Thank you in advance.

This should be doable with an in office treatment. Either a bit of fat or tissue can be added, or some skin can be excised, or both. Also we could consider a "v to y" advancement. Again, all are office procedures under local anesthesia
