Firstly, you have very beautiful, feminine and voluminous lips, you may consider a slight lip volume reduction, an easy procedure.

However, the main cause of your disproportion concern lies at the chin, it is massively hypoplastic and needs chin augmentation, mainly in vertical axis and a little forwarding, which can be ONLY achieved with autologous bone grafting (iliac bone) in a multidimensional chin augmentation.

You have a very small chin and your nose is less than 90 degrees. You will need a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation to correct the facial appearance.
