Oral lip fibroma and lip lift after the permanent filler and cosmetic surgeries - How can I get rid of the bump? (Photo)

tasha317oz
Permanent lip filler at 18 y.o. -> light granuloma in and above the lip -> at 41 y.o. had an external lip lift (bullhorn)and internal lip lift + lower lip filler exercising -> light therapy external scar treatment -> at 43 y.o. had an external lip lift (bullhorn) + internal lip lift + lip contour lift + lower lift Y-cut to make it fuller -> laser and steroid scar treatment + Juvéderm to make the lip not so flat + permanent lip make-up (tattoo) to disguise scars along the top lip sides and making contour more defined = at 47 y.o. oral fibroma above the lip, flat and droopy top lip (3 mm too long from the nose to the lip) I was offered another bullhorn lift, but it will not change the scar tissue inside of my mouth that looks swollen above my lip, distorting the contour. What other options do I have to get rid of that bump?
