Oral lip fibroma and lip lift after the permanent filler and cosmetic surgeries - How can I get rid of the bump? (Photo)

You are a victim of over interventionist surgical planning and over resection; currently the distance between nose and upper lip is already over shortened, the vermillion of the upper lip over rotated and unnaturally exposed, the lower lip looks in clear imbalance compared with the upper one, plust bad scarring and granulomas.

My advice:
-you are close to acquired and obsessive dysmorphic disorder, pull the break of over interventionism and beliving un miraculous treatment proposals, too many interventions and treatmens, mostly ilogical, on the same area in a short lapse
-granulomas are easily treated by simple surgical excision, just it, not a big deal
-do not inject any other fillers at the upper lip, and in general stay far from synthetic fillers, all of them
-do consider autologous lower lip augmentation using dermal grafting, taken from your own dermis, easy, safe and long lasting procedure, in order to achieve are better balace between lips

You would benefit from an eccentric lip lift. This does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. More would be taken laterally and very little, if any, centrally. This would take 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $4,000. The fibroma can be excised at the same time.
