Hi, In natural rested position, my bottom lip protrudes outwards and the inner lip can be seen. Why does this happen and how can it be improved?

You have a natural-born disproportion in volume between upper and lower lips, being the lower almost three-fold the size of the upper one, hence a lower lip reduction is highly recommended; eventually you might wish to perform an augmentation of the upper one using your own body's collage taken from the dermis of your skin, in order to obtain two balanced lips.
