I'm 8 days post lower body lift. Is it normal for my upper thigh to be numb? (Photo)

It's more numb on the side where there's a tiny infection. Is the numbness from the infection or is it a sign that the infection might be deeper than we think? Just got out on 2 new oral antibiotics. Just nervous.
