Do I have buggy or bulging eyes? Also how badly do I need surgery? (photos)

I am a 36 year old man and I have been thinking about surgery for a while now. My biggest concern is my eye area but I really don't like anything about my face currently.

I am not a big fan of this procedure, especially in a 20-something year old patient. With the availability of excellent long lasting volumizers, the need for this procedure, which isn't without certain risk, should be few and far between.
