I am a 36 year old man and I have been thinking about surgery for a while now. My biggest concern is my eye area but I really don't like anything about my face currently.

Based on your pictures, you may perhaps benefit from weight loss and you may consider facial liposuction and a possible blepharoplasty. Of course, an “in person” consultation would be necessary.
