Although in general there is less excess skin I agree that laterally your eyes looked more hooded on the pictures you sent. The best way to correct that issue is a temporal browlift that I usually do in the office. Revising your eyes would necessitate extending the scar beyond the crease and might even pull the brow down slightly. At least 50% of the time I combine a temporal brow lift with blepharoplasty to optimally treat lateral hooding.

It's hard to make a judgment based on the nature of the photos. I noticed that the upper eyelid crease is relatively higher than I would like to see postoperatively; but the dynamic nature of the pictures makes his difficult to say anything definitive. An in person consultation and evaluation would be best to evaluate if you now have ptosis of the upper lids.
