Often one eyelid is lower than the other and your brow tries to compensate by pulling up more on the droopy side. This creates an asymmetrical eyelid platform. Thank you for your question and photo.Brow asymmetry is often due to ptosis on the same side as the higher brow from a central neurological response. Unfortunately you have posted one photo which is from a skew angle making this hard to detect from that one photo alone.
