Your surgeon may mean well but they are likely to harm you in ways you can't even expect. I strongly recommend that you not do this to yourself.

Without photos and/or in person consultation, it would be difficult to give you good advise. In general, it would be very hard to find a reason to lift cheeks in 20 plus year old person.
