What do you think about Endoscopic-Guided, Transconjunctival (Through Inner Lower Eyelid Surface) Vertical Midface Lift?

jc_s
Hey guys I wanted to get a mid face lift overall focusing on just lifting the cheeks and having higher cheek bones so my plastic surgeon recommended a mid face lift but the incision would be through the eye, my only concern is my eye shape is it going to change or sag I'm still pretty young I'm in my early 20s , but I really just want high cheek bones, I have tried to research this approach but I can barely find anything I really want to know more about it before I spend lots of money
