Hello, I broke my nose few months ago and did the closed reduction too late on the 17th day after the injury because of a misdiagnosis by my ent doctor. My nose is still crooked and a little bump has formed on one side of my nasal dorsum. Is it possible to fix this with a rhinoplasty by rebreaking the nasal bones and pushing them back into place, without a septoplasty ? I just want my nasal bones straight again can that be achievable without a septoplasty ? Thank you
