When receiving a closed rhino dorsal hump removal only, are the results of the bump gone immeditely post op? If not how long does it take to show improvement? If a callus form, does that happen right after surgery?

At 10 months post-op, I believe the photo that you post will be your final result. It looks like you got close to your goal. However, I would have your doctor look to see if some of the fullness could be scar tissue. Often steroid injection can narrow widened tissues caused by scar tissuel.
