Rhinoplasty for dorsal hump removal - are the results immediate?

Many patients undergo rhinoplasty surgery to be liberated from their dorsal hump. When dorsal hump so removed, the profile appearance of somebody's nose as seen at the reveal one week after surgery is indicative of a long-term result. As far as I can understand from your question we prefer open operation, because it is possible for the surgeon to intervene in every area. After the operation, the full shape of the nose may vary between 1 - 2 years depending on the skin structure.
It would be better face to face consultation.
