7 months ago I had a surgical rhinoplasty. I am very satisfied with my side profile, but the tip of my nose looks a bit too narrow for my face and it still bothers me a lot. What are the ways to make it a little bit wider? I was thinking about filler, but I am not familiar with how the filler migrates in that area and would rather have something more permanent. Would the operation be a better choice? Can it be done under local anaesthesia and what would have needed to be done? Thank you
