My nose was hit to a side and worried if the cartilage was displaced or is the look of my nose going to be affected?

I don't believe that you displaced the cartilage, especially since you did not have any bleeding. if you are concerns about your nose then you should speak with a plastic surgeon and have a consult

Issues like this are quite common and I'm sure many other people have similar questions.  In general, it would take a significant amount of force to either fracture the nasal bones or dislocate the cartilage. So I wouldn't worry too much. However, the only way to know for sure if there was any damage caused would be to get an evaluation by a surgeon with a good amount of rhinoplasty experience, which may be problematic as you traveled overseas to have your rhinoplasty surgery. If you notice a deformity or have difficulty breathing through your nose after the swelling goes down in a few days, I would recommend a consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist.Good luck,Dr. Harmych 

After six months postop from a rhinoplasty, most of the nasal structures have healed. Because of that, the trauma that you have sustained is probably independent of the rhinoplasty. Things to look for are permanent differences in the nose after the swelling has subsided or persistent redness. If either of these are present, you should seek a consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist for further evaluation.

At 6months post-op, your nose is already almost completely healed, and it's strength is already almost the same as a nose which had not undergone surgery before. The absence of bleeding also signifies that the accident did not warrant any damage that may cause a change in the shape of your nose.
