Hello, I had septoplasty, rhinoplasty, turbinectomy a month ago and started easing back into exercise since my surgeon gave me permission to do so. After walking 20 minutes at a slow pace, I am swollen. I understand swelling is expected with exercise but I'm concerned about developing excess scar tissue. If I return to my normal workouts (cardio and weights 5 times a week) will I swell each time causing scar tissue to develop and negatively impact my results? Thank you in advance!
