Hi. Yes, Coolsculpting on your abdomen will not be affected by metal implants in your knees. Coolsculpting is targeting fat for a short depth underneath the individual applicators and doesn't have a distant effect on other parts of your body. It is not dangerous to have Cool Sculpting performed if you have Osteoporosis. The technology for Cool Sculpting targets the fat cells only, so there is no danger or effect to the skin, blood vessels, nerves or deeper tissues such as bone. Hope this helps!
