15 days after gynecomastia surgery, may I carry my own luggage for an overnight train journey?

Gynecomastia surgery, unlike breast augmentation, does not require any manipulation of the pectoral muscle. As a result, weight and activity restrictions are generally not as strict though it does depend on what type of gynecomastia surgery was done. I generally let my patients go back to the gym at 2 weeks if the surgery was liposuction (small line scar) or glandular excision (half moon scar around areola). If a full breast reduction was performed I recommend a month.

They can provide guidance based on your individual circumstances and the progress of your healing. If they advise against carrying heavy luggage, it's important to follow their recommendations to ensure optimal recovery and to avoid any complications.

At 15 days after your procedure I think it is likely you should be able to carry moderate luggage without too much difficulty.
