15 days after gynecomastia surgery, may I carry my own luggage for an overnight train journey?

As a result, weight and activity restrictions are generally not as strict though it does depend on what type of gynecomastia surgery was done. I generally let my patients go back to the gym at 2 weeks if the surgery was liposuction (small line scar) or glandular excision (half moon scar around areola). If a full breast reduction was performed I recommend a month.

If they advise against carrying heavy luggage, it's important to follow their recommendations to ensure optimal recovery and to avoid any complications.

At 15 days after your procedure I think it is likely you should be able to carry moderate luggage without too much difficulty.
