Male, 29. 16% body fat. 35kg weight loss with 2 years resistance training. Still not happy with body composition, namely tummy, solid breast tissue and love handles. I am struggling losing the remaining 4-6% body fat and can feel breast tissue that I can't lose with diet and training. My question is: would gynocomastia surgery and liposculpture or a variation of these be necessary to help me achieve my body composition goals (of body builder body) or should I keep training and dieting?
