In general terms, the character of the nose can be changed but because the nasal bridge is also relatively low it may be aesthetically advantageous to build bridge and lengthen slightly the tip which will impact on the visibility of the nostrils.

Increased projection of the bridge and radix increases the length of the nose at the top end. This way the overall impression is that the nose is stronger on the profile and oblique views as well as to some degree on the front view with the current projection of the nasal bridge, lengthening the nasal tip only could produce the impression that the nose is somewhat elongated in particular on the oblique view.

Computer simulations can help to determine your aesthetic goals and outline the elements of a possible surgical plan.

A significant build for the nose structure may require rib cartilage to produce the changes.

The nostril show is from upturned tip. A dorsal graft that can push the tip downwards will do the trick. This can be combined with Alarplasty to reduce the show even further.

Alarplasty is a very fine and quick procedure that can narrow the nostrils and reduce the flare to soften the appearance. It has other names as well like ‘Weir Excisions’ or ‘Nostril Reduction’. The changes you describe can be achieved with rhinoplasty. Do your research to find the top rhinoplasty specialists and consult with several of them in person. Hello! Yes, rhinoplasty can certainly improve nostril show. Many times, the tip can be slightly downrotated and other techniques incorporated to lower the nostril margin. These techniques would be lateral crural strut grafts with repositioning, alar rim grafts, or composite grafts. Each has pros and cons but the results can be quite nice.
