Due to relatively wide angle between nose and forehead and underprojected (droopy) tip full rhinoplasty would be my choice to correct these issues and create refined, more feminine nose. Moreover, you can possibly benefit from temporal lift and fat injection under your eyes to freshen the upper eyes area.
