Question

My face structure really bothers me. I feel like I have no jaw line, my nose is massive and the proportions on my face are not flattering. My lips also have virtually no volume and my profile just seems weird to me. What kind of work would I need to get done to fully transform my face without losing the general natural appearance of my own self (so that I'm not unrecognizable). I've struggled with low self esteem for a very long time due to this and I'm finally ready to "do" something about it.

As per your post you seem to be experiencing face laxity, meaning your skin is losing its firmness and tightness which could be due to many factors like pregnancies weight loss stress, etc. In such a case a full-face lift is most beneficial for a permanent solution it would target neck, midface and temporal area. I would suggest to look into expert surgeons who deals in scarless endoscopic vertical facelift which would give you a natural look after full recovery. Moreover, scarless would mean that the lift incisions will be hidden in your hairline and after full recovery will be invisible to see. I recommend vertical facefiit so that you don't get a pulled or artificial look. Furthermore, fat injections is also a technique I would suggest for the areas around your mouth for any deep wrinkles or smile lines, it would greatly fill in the lack of volume.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos your nose is very deprojected and you have thick skin. Also your nose is very wide. With alar base width of your nose can be reduced. You need to be patient about the healing process. In addition to them with bichectomy, your jaw and cheek will look more sharp. This way you will have more feminine looking and projected,narrow nose. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!

It doesn't look that there is much to do about your face. If anything, nose tip surgery may be considered. I do not see any other feature on your normal, well balanced face, that would benefit from surgical intervention. Hope this helps.
