When I look in the mirror I didn't really notice it. When I looked at my nostrils so my face was tilted up I noticed the nostrils were different looking which I thought was just me. When I look at photos I can notice it to the side especially when the camera takes it.

Answer: Rhinoplasty for broken nose It is important to have a full examination of the internal and the external portion of the nose after nasal trauma. Trauma to the nose can cause a displaced, or nondisplaced fracture of the nasal bones. The upper lateral cartilages can be dislocated off of the nasal bones as well. The tip cartilages can become twisted due to trauma which may throw off the nostrils. Also important to evaluate the septum inside the nose which can become collapsed and deviated due to trauma. Rhinoplasty for the crooked nose is a difficult endeavor, so choose your surgeon very wisely based on experience
