I got punched in the nose about 2 years ago. What can I do? (Photo)

Often after trauma the nose heals with irregularities due to changes in the bone and cartilage that form the underlying structure of the nose.  Rhinoplasty is often an option to reposition the underlying bony and
cartilagenous architecture of the nose to change the size and shape of various
nasal components.  Most important is a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon regarding with excellent experience in rhinoplasty. Don’t settle for less!

I would suggest you go see a rhinoplasty specialist in order to get a full functional as well as cosmetic evaluation of your nose. With the information you gather from the doctor, you'll be able to make a decision going forward.

It's hard to tell from your photo but you may have fractured the cartilage in your nose ( the nasal septum). When it's pushed to one side it can make the nostrils appear uneven. It's best to consult an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon to assess your options. 

 It is important to have a full examination of the internal and the external portion of the nose after nasal trauma. Trauma to the nose can cause a displaced, or nondisplaced fracture of the nasal bones. The upper lateral cartilages can be dislocated off of the nasal bones as well. The tip cartilages can become twisted due to trauma which may throw off the nostrils. Also important to evaluate the septum inside the nose which can become collapsed and deviated due to trauma. Rhinoplasty for the  crooked nose is a difficult endeavor, so choose your surgeon very wisely based on experience

Everyone has some nostril asymmetry. Nasal trauma often does not impact the nostrils, but usually affects the septum and bones.

Thank you for your clinical post and
photograph. You have very masculine
facial features, high brows, strong supraorbital ridge, wide cheekbones, strong
bold lower face. Any subtle
cartilaginous trauma that might have occurred to your upper or lower lateral
cartilages at the time of the injury has not distorted your nose
significantly. Short of any functional
change I would discourage you from any rhinoplasty procedure as your correct
nasal shape, balance and proportion matches your craniofacial features which is
the whole goal of nasal surgery in the first place.

Frankly, I do not see any nostril asymmetry in that photograph. I would not recommend any surgery if I cannot appreciate the deformity.
