Fillers in noses are non-standard procedures and an off-label action based on the state of the art of facial plastic surgery.Your nose is of high difficulty for the rhinoplasty surgeon, for the following features:-short tip: your tip must be lenghtened with struts and/or tip grafting-virtual hump: your dorsum has an excess and needs shaving, but not as much as can be seen at first glance; when the tip is underprojected (short) the dorsal bridge virtually grows (also when the tip is too long the overprojection makes the virtual effect of hump reduction or even disappearance); this means you need a very good and weel experienced surgeon able to make your tip grow to the point of meeting the real dorsal excess of hump.Do perform a thorough research about the skills of the chosen surgeon about these cases.

Your nasal shape is primarily determined by your genetics and is nothing you did. Surgery is really the best option in your case. Injections may hide the hump somewhat but make the starting point of your nose too high. I would wait until you can afford the surgery and then see an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.

Rhinoplasty for cosmetic reasons are not covered by insurance.  You can finance the surgery if you have good credit.

 A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish removing the dorsal hump which is composed of both bone and cartilage. Osteotomies of the nasal bones will be required to close the open roof created from the hump removal. We do not recommend nonsurgical rhinoplasty due to the fact that it is only temporary, makes the nose bigger, is not FDA approved for that application, and can have significant complications.

I do not think you will be happy with any changes short of surgery for correction of your nose. Maybe speak with some surgeons in your area who offer financing. I would at least go have some in person evaluations prior to making any decisions. Best of luck

Thank you for your clinical
post. Analysis of the pictures you
provide show a prominent bridge hump relatively underprojected tip, which is a
tension tip and plunges during smile. On
front view, the tip is somewhat bulbous with wide alar nostrils.

An injection rhinoplasty just above
the bump will soften the appearance of the bump and will be a reasonable
improvement, however, long-term optimal treatment would dictate a reduction rhinoplasty
with reduction of the bump, elevation and support and elongation of the tip and
reducing the bulbous tip and nostril flare.

As you are quite young and a cosmetic
rhinoplasty can be costly, you might want to approach family friends or even
your parents to look at financing a rhinoplasty with companies such as iFinance
Canada or Medicard over 5 years. The
monthly payments could be quite affordable for a lifetime of improvement in the
nasofacial balance and proportion.
