I've had my nose fixed before, cartilage was pushed to one side so one side was blocked, so I went back because they told me they were going to remove the cartilage, straighten and smooth my nose down and they didn't do it all. So they checked again because I still couldn't breathe properly in the side of the nose which was blocked. my doctor said, I'll have to get another surgery to cut a pinky size of the lining of my nose because it's blocking my airway! What surgery is this? Turbinoplasty?

This is a complicated question that requires a visit with your physician. However, you might be reassured that the lining sutures in all cases used to close the skin would have been dissolving sutures.I suspect you have not disrupted anything.Call your surgeon and you'll be reassured.Dr. Hobgood.
A le fort procedure is quite complicated and I doubt anyone would recommend that in your situation. I think your facial feature look just fine. Cheek implants have a very high incidence of dissatisfaction and I think fillers in your case are a waste of money. I just don't think...
I do not think you will be happy with any changes short of surgery for correction of your nose. Maybe speak with some surgeons in your area who offer financing. I would at least go have some in person evaluations prior to making any decisions. Best of luck
