Is Le Fort I osteotomy ever performed for normal bites and what are the risks?

A le fort procedure is quite complicated and I doubt anyone would recommend that in your situation.  I think your facial feature look just fine.  Cheek implants have a very high incidence of dissatisfaction and I think fillers in your case are a waste of money.  I just don't think you are seeing yourself objectively.  You are quite attractive and I want to prevent you from making the mistake of letting someone perform surgery on you.

A LeFort osteotomy is rarely done without having a malocclusion. It is done in cases of obstructive sleep apnea where the lower jaw is brought forward with it as well. But it is not a procedure that is used to create improved midfacial volume without having a class III malocclusion. In short, a Lefort osteotomy is not a substitute nor a comparative treatment to fillers or implants in creating improve midfacial volume.
