I believe I accidentally pulled a stitch while healing from my close rhinoplasty in march. Now it have a little opening that haven't been able to close since it expose the implant of the nose. It has been a few months, Can this be fix? I think this is one of the reason why my nose haven't been healing properly. It been 8 months post op. And it was done over sea so I can't meet the surgeon there. What to do now? And how much would it cost to just close it again?

A le fort procedure is quite complicated and I doubt anyone would recommend that in your situation. I think your facial feature look just fine. Cheek implants have a very high incidence of dissatisfaction and I think fillers in your case are a waste of money. I just don't think...
I do not think you will be happy with any changes short of surgery for correction of your nose. Maybe speak with some surgeons in your area who offer financing. I would at least go have some in person evaluations prior to making any decisions. Best of luck
It is too soon to know what the final result from your rhinoplasty will look like. You still have significant swelling that can take up to one year to fully subside. It is wise to direct your specific post-operative questions and concerns to the surgeon who performed your procedure.
