10 months post op and concerned my nipples are too low - looking for a second opinion (photos)

Your nipples are in the right place, the trouble it’s that you use texture implants and the implants are place behind the muscle, they are to high and don’t descent, that’s why you Nepalese looks down and the breast high, you need to use round no texture implants, to let the implants go down and the nipple place in the middle of the breast

Thanks for your question! I do see what you are saying about your nipples being low; however, your nipples were low on the breast mound prior to your initial augmentation. I think that is simply your anatomy. The only other answer for you is to get a breast lift if you really want to get your nipples higher on the breast mound. Good luck!

Hello and thank you for posting! I completely understand what your saying even though your results are ok. The problem is your nipples where a little low to begin with and your implants should’ve settled a bit more by now.

I would’ve preferred to do Implants with a Circumferential Lift, also called a Benelli Lift (a lift that only tightens skin around the areola and leaves a peri-arolar scar only). This could’ve been your fist option. Pocket revision plus a Benelli Lift is a good option now.
A less invasive option would be a Benelli Lift without touching the implants the implants and trying massages to help them settle a bit lower.

From your photos it appears your nipples were a little low preoperatively. If you want them higher you would need a lift. Your current results look very acceptable so I'm not sure you'd want to undergo a lift and risk other issues.

You started with somewhat low sitting breasts on your chest, so they will never be high. Your nipples could be raised up some if desired.

My only concern would be if your implants are getting firmer, reforming contracture, and starting to ride higher. They look fine to me! Yes your nipples are a little low. MUCH BETTER than too high! Plus, your implants may settle lower. You want nice upper fullness that is symmetric. You have that! No one sees your nipples! You look great compared to many! Enjoy them!
