I had lollipop uplift and 700cc ultra high profile I’m the end of December. I’m wondering if I’m still riding high? And why do they look so small on me before my last surgery I was 500 cc moderate profile I’m wondering if they will fill out more as I really wanted the big round fake look Should I change to 900 cc

6 months after surgery, your results are most likely final. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

At six months post op your results are now final.  I would not recommend going larger as it could lead to more issues.  If you are concerned the feel or look of the implants are changing you may want to contact your surgeon to rule out a capsular contracture.

Don't go bigger. bigger will just stretch your own tissue even more, be too heavy on your neck and shoulders, and sag with time. At 6 months, you have healed and are where you will be until more sagging occurs with time.  The higher implant may have a capsule. Perhaps external ultrasound could be helpful. You can discuss this with your surgeon.
