No, dear lady, you need a lift. With just implants you will have larger and still sagging breasts which will look worse. You will not achieve upper breast fullness without moving the girls up.

You will need BA with different sizes, but also you will need different work in your breas, one nipple it’s bigger than the other, so you need PABL in that side to make more similar your breast

Thanks for your question! I do think you would be great candidate for a breast augmentation with a moderate profile. That width will get you cleavage and upper pole fullness but still have them looking natural. Best of luck!
