6 month post op - have my implants dropped and will they fill out more or should I go bigger for a round, fake look? (photos)

Don't go bigger. bigger will just stretch your own tissue even more, be too heavy on your neck and shoulders, and sag with time. At 6 months, you have healed and are where you will be until more sagging occurs with time. The higher implant may have a capsule. Perhaps external ultrasound could be helpful. You can discuss this with your surgeon.

At six months post op your results are now final. I would not recommend going larger as it could lead to more issues. If you are concerned the feel or look of the implants are changing you may want to contact your surgeon to rule out a capsular contracture.
