I have whitish bulbs on scalp after day 5 of hair transplant. Should I be worried?

You need to follow up with your doctor for an exam.  What you describe does not sound right.  Maybe the white bulbs are grafts popping out.  Can't be sure without an exam. Losing 2 grafts can be normal.

Many people report seeing white bumps after hair transplants in the first few days.  They are generally seeing after washing transplanted area and are the cap of skin that are seen on top of the grafts.  After hair wash they absorb water and look whitish.  If you see them all the time you need to see your doctor.

The white bulbs sound interesting.  Can you post photos?  Graft loss is probably not what you are seeing(I hope), and it may just be the follicles above the bulbs.  Either way, this could be normal recovery depending on if it was FUE vsFUT.  You can read more about this online or talk to your surgeon. 

What you are probably seeing is the absorption of water of the grafts which turn them white. I believe if you look at the grafts hours after you wash, you will not see these whitish areas. 

With out a picture it is hard to diagnose however anything that causes concern needs to be looked at by your doctor.
