Transplanted hair fall started after 10 months. Is this normal?

hy I did transplant 5200 grafts fue technique. 5 months later started the perfect growth that has led me to have more 'hair when I was young. however, 'the 10 months started losing all transplanted hair every day and now after many many a year from this fall has increased. I did all tests (thyroid autoimmune disease blood tests), but everything is good. what can 'be happe? follicles can be healthy for 10 months and then begin atrophy? hair have different lengths and in almost all I see little white root.
