The "holes" will likely look better with time.  It may take several weeks to months.  If you are concerned you can follow up with your doctor for a recheck.

30 days after facial hair transplant surgery is too long to see holes.   The holes or the spots that the grafts were removed might be seen for the first few days, but generally heal with not depressed look.  FUE grafts could be harvested with different size punches and the larger the punch sizes the higher the risk of depressed scars or hypo pigmentation (another side effect of FUE).  Check with your doctor who can share with you more about the techniques used.  Possible treatment options could be either dermabrasion or laser skin resurfacing.  

You need to go back to your doctor and ask these important questions to your doctor. Your doctor's experience in such matters is critical. 

Usually it takes a few for all the skin to heal no return to its normal texture.  These are probably not the holes but if you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.
