A cosmetic rhinoplasty can sculpt the tissue in the nose
for better aesthetics. This often involves removing the dorsal hump, reshaping
the tip, and narrowing the nose. Similarly, a blepharoplasty can remove or
reposition tissue around the eyes to improve the way they look. This often
involves removing excess skin and removing or repositioning the underlying fat. These can be performed together - lessening overall operative time, overall recovery, and overall
cost. A detailed examination will help delineate the best surgical options.

Yes, it is possible to have both blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty done at the same time.  This is something you should discuss with your surgeon. The procedures are short enough that it should not require extensive time under anesthesia if combined. It is advantageous at times to combine procedures because the recovery can be done simultaneously.

Rhinoplasty and upper eyelid ptosis surgery can be done at the same time provided you can find a surgeon skilled in both or can get two different surgeons to work during the same operative time.

Upper eyelid blepharoplasty and a rhinoplasty are frequently performed together.Keep in mind that following advice from a
surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to
do based on two dimensional photos without examining you, physically feeling
your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and
discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your
best interest. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is
appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I
would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive  rhinoplasty
experience certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is
ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are
comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.

 Yes it is possible to have a rhinoplasty and a blepharoplasty done at the same time under one anesthetic. This will also allow patients to have one recovery period. It makes total sense to do both procedures together, rather than separately.  Just choose your surgeon widely based on extensive experience with both procedures.
