I really hate my eyes! They are droopy and tired looking especially when my face is relaxed is there a way to make them look attractive and make the eye lids bigger? Similar the the photo below
Answer: Droopy eyes that look tired From the pictures that you have sent, there is nothing that I would recommend. You can gain a lot more information from a in person consultation. However, your upper eyelid position is normal: you eyelids do not droop per say. The lower eyelids cannot be evaluated very well on the photo that you sent, as you are looking up.

Answer: Eyelid Perception Your eyelids do not appear to be as droopy as you perceive them. A consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon might help with your concerns.

Answer: My eyes are droopy and tired. Is there a way to make them look attractive and make the eye lids bigger? The photo suggests that it was taken from a higher angle causing you to look up a bit thereby showing a bit more sclera. I really don't think you should do anything to your eyes. They look fine. Don't make any rash decisions. Good luck and be safe.John T. Nguyen, MD, FACS, FICSDouble Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Judging eyelid photo's Hey Debbie,How did you make the photo? Chin down? Neutral? or chin up?The balance of the amount of skin changes according to position and makes it difficult to judge your situation, How old are you? 19? do you use botox? did you have prior treatments? If you look at an eye you want the pupil to be centered as in the photo below, in your photo we see white below your iris and your upper lid covers a lot of iris. Ideally you want less coverage above and more below, so that is what you need, but chin down looking up creates this as well.....So show us more of your face so that we can judge better, or even better visit a plastic surgeon near you...good luck,

Answer: When you are ready, you need lower eyelid reconstruction. Your lower eyelids look pulled down. That is the big difference between your picture and the model (Megan Fox?) you have put up. There are a range of options for this. Unfortunately this is very specialize work and you are not likely to find this care in your local community. I am also concern about your focus on this particular actress.
