Are there surgeries to fix too much eyelid skin removed from eyes?

I had bad eye surgery and cannot close my eyes. Is there surgery to add more skin to my eyelid or on top? It will not get better with time.

I would recommend follow-up with your surgeon, or second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon to assess your eyes and discuss options to improve your lagophthalmos.  While you wait for evaluation, it is important to keep your eyes moisturized with drops ointment to prevent corneal ulceration.
